Hi there, I would like to know the plans for introducing 3G service to the town of Mauchline in East Ayrshire. I have lived in Mauchline since 2007 and even though I have owned a 3G-compatible phone I've never received a 3G signal. Nearby Kilmarnock and Cumnock receive 3G, but Mauchline does not. Other networks are now offering 4G, but I can't even get 3G as yet. [MOD EDIT: Personal information removed] Best Regards.

That's not a question we can help you with as we are all customers also... I would advise against putting your phone number up though to prevent spam calls & texts etc. Also, I wouldn't think 4G will be available form any network any time soon in your area either....
