New to the board so if this has been ansewered by 02 apologies. The question is; do the 0345 numbers count as part of your free call allownace or are they charged separately?

Their is a few apps available that give a magic number when the 0800 number etc is keyed in that then allows the use of your inclusive minutes.

That is correct. Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers (starting 01 or 02), and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes allowances on O2 tariffs.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I and many use the websites SAYNOTO0845 or one of the
Many apps available that provide 'magic' numbers that convert the number into one that then comes out of your allowance as discussed earlier in the thread.

Does not always convert tho.

03 numbers already come out of your allowance - No benefit to be gained by trying to find an alternative to an 03 number..
