I have just been told this " 02 cannot unlock iphones as from 27th June , try in seven days time ?"

is this correct?

If this isn't a computer issue, which I highly doubt that it is, I find it unfathomable that Live Chat would tell that to a customer. If what they told the OP is incorrect, then something is seriously wrong with O2's customer service if they are allowing Live Chat to give out that kind of information.

Probably off on their jollies for a week. You could fill a book with the misinformation coming from them! Probably much thicker than their type written auto notes taken from the idiots guide to O2....
