O2 is doing 20gb traiff on iphone 6 plans but o2 iphones are at least £120 more than apple store ones.

Why can't they do a sim only traffic?

Hi

We are all waiting to see if this is offered at any point. slight_smile

Right now as you know its only on new contracts on certain handsets.

And yes it can be more expensive acquiring the iPhone on refresh than it costs sim free factory unlocked from Apple. O2 apply their own handset cost.

They are using the 20g to attract phone customers at the moment.
I assume when they feel they have enough they will consider offering it on a simo deal.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

The most logical time to open it up to a wider audience would be after any price hike due normally in February. It would soften the overall blow of people not happy.

Thank you,  so you think, it will be on Feb 2015, I dont need 20gig I can manage with 10gig,

EE has 10gig sim only 4G for the price I pay for o2

I dont like the EE as a company and their 3G was rubbish,  but if O2 dont do it then I dont have a choice but to go there for the 4G,  people say their 4G is not bad.

For the best balance (indoor/outdoor) (Calls/data), o2 and vodafone are the better networks as they run 3g on 900mhz and 4g on 800mhz.
