How many times do we hear people say that the status checker at status.o2.co.uk is hopelessly wrong?

Well o2 have listened. If you enter in a postcode and the signal you are getting is not what the status checkers says, click on the blue I DISAGREE button and tell o2!

It's new today folks. .....

I saw the button which is a great idea but only if someone takes any notice of the button presses......
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks for that info Nick...but then what happens after you press I disagree?.Do you have a message back...or do they wait for 1000's to disagree. Not being facetious, just asking...

But what if there's no signal?

You'd have to go to status page.

It'll say full service.

So you click I disagree 

And you give your number for a call back.

But there's no signal

So you go on to the status.........
