Ordered my new Note 4 on Saturday around 13.30 & got all their new online t&cs crap done by 14.00, which is all within the 10pm friday - 10pm sunday window for delivery on Monday and nothing has turned up, plus on myO2 it just says 'in progress'. Yeah excellent service there

I ordered an accessory kit for the Note 4 which is still showing as in progress from the 19th despite being assured it was in stock and next day delivery. A phone call later but knowing the issues experienced by others I don't expect it before I go abroad. It's not urgent but just goes to show the false promises for everything, not just mobiles.

Further to my accessory kit, just spoke to them and it's showing on their system as coming soon, so far from being in stock for next day delivery, they had never had it in the first place. Deja-vu!
