Always best to shop around and check deals in the independents too. Nothing for loyalty so find the best deal to suit your needs. Make sure if you change networks there is good coveraage in your home and areas that you frequent the most.

We always recommend going in store to upgrade.
The website has been having some problems just recently and stock levels have been inaccurate so at least in store you can guarantee walking out with a phone.
Bear in mind if you go to CPW you cannot get a refresh tariff, if that's what you want.....?

You need to use the phone to call a couple of numbers so that the mobile number is registered to the IMEI.
