tried tp talk to "guru" on line, but s ent round the houses trying to get to talk too someone. AAAAHHHHHHHH. very frustrating. disgruntled O2 customer

To be honest, until O2 have a live stock system in place I wouldn't rely on the website showing correct information at any specific moment. I would always verify with customer service as long as they don't refer to the website. Numerous times we have seen customers ordering a phone showing as in stock only for O2 to take the money whilst sending an email stating the phone is out of stock.

A live system is so easy to put in place whereby stock is reduced when a phone is picked and scanned.
