open code

Has anyone tried to use an open code after buying online? I know it says you have to shop instore on the terms and conditions, but they haven't been updated to say you can text in the code (as people on here have said), so I was hoping this might have changed too? It would save me a lot of hassle.

Also, can you use it alongside a "loyal customer" discount for renewing?

Hi

As long as your eligible then this is the text in piece.

"If you already have your open code you text OPEN followed by your open code, mobile number, name and postcode to 2020"

A question for clarification please @MI5  Does the Open code have to be applied at the start of contract, or has that changed ?
