Twice i have phoned 202 to upgrade......a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes.....i'd be quicker calling tesco mobile or carphone warehouse!! I'll persivere for ten more minutes then im off. This is abysmal customer service!

Hi

Are you not able to upgrade through your myo2 or are you paying up a previous handset plan up or something.

We know they have been busy with the iphone and Note 4 launch.

Maybe a trip to your most local O2 high street store ?

Im wanting to see if i can get a better deal than what is being offered online....Tesco Mobile and Vodaphone are beating o2 by at least £5 a month on the iphone 5s deals. Id like to stay with o2 but.....
