i cannot access my o2 webmail to view my emails both on my lapto and my desk top, page will not open

But we've had people on here last week who never moved to sky but are still using o2 email....?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I did not transfer to Sky, but am still able to use O2 webmail as usual.  I set up a gmail account on the expectation of losing o2 mail. I  transferred my addresses there and use it for most of my mail now, just checking O2 occasionally to make sure I've not missed anything.  The O2 service is no different from how it has always been for me.

This is exactly why we need some definitive and accurate explanation from O2 otherwise we may as well just ignore every webmail question that we get asked........ Crazy
