o2 webmail

i cannot access my o2 webmail to view my emails both on my lapto and my desk top, page will not open

Glad you said that @MI5  because I was also sure that had been posted?

I did not transfer to Sky, but am still able to use O2 webmail as usual.  I set up a gmail account on the expectation of losing o2 mail. I  transferred my addresses there and use it for most of my mail now, just checking O2 occasionally to make sure I've not missed anything.  The O2 service is no different from how it has always been for me.

This is exactly why we need some definitive and accurate explanation from O2 otherwise we may as well just ignore every webmail question that we get asked........
