Any idea why My O2 says I have it even though I haven't signed up to it?

It's in everyone's who are eligible so that you can set it up if required.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Don't they need to improve the network before adding more people?

Lets face it, if a bus can hold 70 people adding another 30 is going to cause problems.

In my opinion,I  don't think that applies @anticpated , all this is going to change is that customers will have all their devices on the same account, instead of having a separate account for each device and each family member. Also it will be cheaper for customers, as if u run out of data on one device u can use whats left on the other one. So less data top ups.:smileyhappy:

Mvno's do use payg capacity although if it turns out they also use 4g servers. This will reduce an already weakening signal ratio.

Currently i average 2 asu in signal strength.
