card details not being acepted on as a payment option

For some reason I have one card that is accepted to pay on but another card whose details are not being accepted as a payment option? The card is fine so not sure why O2 system doesnt accept it as a payment option?

@Anonymous it depends what card you are trying to use. There have been issues with card payments in the past but we thought they were resolved. You should ring CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Or if it is a regular payment then think about setting up a direct debit...?

Maestro cards are no longer accepted, I don't think?
