I now been waiting three days for customer services to blacklist my imei number on the c.i.e.r. Shared mobile data base so I can carry on with a insurance claim with legal and general . I had my phone stolen Saturday night and spoke to cust services Sunday they advised me it was done ? But legal and general are advising me that when they put the imei number into there system it's still not showing as blocked ? Until then they cannot carry on with my claim I feel very frustrated with o2 as I've been on and off the phone maybe 8 times . WHAT DO I DO NEXT

@Anonymous Here are the direct phone numbers to report a stolen phone to O2:
Pay Monthly: 0344 809 0202
Pay & Go: 0344 809 0222
You also need to report the theft to the police and get a crime number.

Hi @Anonymous I am not sure it is O2 CS you should be chasing up. Normally when a phone is reported lost or stolen a bar is put on the device immediately. The fact L@G are saying it isn't on their system yet could be down to them not O2. I would check with your insurance again today. Someone is dragging their heels a bit. Or the system isn't updating as quickly as it should
