Can I Stop O2 voicemail greeting playing after the custom greeting Status

Sadly no, it isn't possible to change the standard O2 bit. You can just change your personal greeting.

I'm sure you have the choice to personalise one part only.

Edit : I agree it's a shame o2's addition cannot be altered.
