Transfer number form O2 Refresh to O2 CPW

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I am currently on O2 Refresh which I intend to pay off early so I can take out a new contract with O2 via the CPW. I want to do this as they have a better offer.

My question is, can I transfer my existing number to the new O2 CPW contract? I have been into CPW and they suggested taking out a new contract rather than upgrading as they cant upgrade me on a running Refresh contract and also, the upgrade deals are far more expensive than new cotnracts.

So, can i transfer my number from O2 to O2 CPW? Is this possible within the same network? What order should i do things in?

Many thanks

Jason

Yes, you just need to call CS on 202 once you have your new contract.
It's a messy way of doing it but I understand why.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
