What tariff are you looking at? I have looked in Big Bundles and Simply Payg and cant see that specific tariff you mention The nearest to it is a Big Bundle tariff... found here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go/#simtype=bigbundles

That gives you 5Gb data and calls and minutes you state.It's £25 a month....
