Route calls based on geo location

Anonymous
Not applicable

I'm looking for more information on how we can route calls made to an 0800 number (or other non-geographic number) and deliver it to one of our company sites most local to the mobile caller.

Kwik fit seem to be able to do this when you ring 0800 222111

Can someone please help/elaborate on how this is done and what costs might be associated with doing it?

Thank

To be honest I think you would need to use a third party to reroute calls. I'm almost certain O2 don't support this. Plenty of help if you google it.

I'd speak to whoever provides your 0800 number first.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
