Hi, just go here: http://www.o2.co.uk/freesim to order a free sim, it says for use with iPhone 4 etc. but they actually just send you full size sim, which can break into micro, plus an adaptor for full size. You just use the web site mentioned (and in the package) to transfer number etc. to new sim. Gary.

I am looking for a replacement sim card and I keep being directed to the "GigGaff" group which I do not wish to join. I have also contacted an 02 site which appeared to be helpful. I entered all the details required but threr has been a complete lack of action.

I will try to find this site again but in the meantime are here any suggestions?

Regards,

Quickest and easiest option is to call in your nearest O2 store. They will arrange the swap for you.

Or call customer service.

I had my phone stolen now I am on hols in Zanzibar but I need to make sure I have a sim ready to go when I get home to put into an old iPhone until I get a new one. I need to have the sim ready to go when I get back...

There's no phone reception here, just wifi. And live chat doesn't seem to work!

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help in advance

Cheers

Easiest to call into an O2 shop where they'll do it on the spot for you.

Have you called O2 to get your sim blocked, if not try and do it asap as all calls and usage can be charged until you do?

You can get a sim delivered to your UK adress but you will need to call to get the block on the account removed and you will be good to go. It's imperative you call and get the phone and sim blocked, you can order a replacement sim at the same time.
