No, for two reasons
1. Android does not support 3g dongle because.....
2. Wifi only tablets have no dialler function.

What tablet do you own.

Which dongle are you using ?

What tariff are you using ?

Generally follow the guidance that will be in the tablets memory. And set up nowadays is automatic.

You can get apps to connect a 3/4g dongle but not for calls. As far as I recall.

No you can't. This was a question I asked when I took my tablet abroad....I was informed...its like a big phone except you cant make calls... (Thanks @MI5 )

Having said that I could use mine via Wifi and 'talk' to people using Skype, Whatsapp, Snapchat and Messenger....virtual chat that is......

MiFi devices as such do not take dongles as far as I am aware..

Options are exactly as described by Cleoriff - Nothing else possible I'm afraid....
