Really disappointed in the service I've just received

Just had an offer flag up telling me I could get an ipad air 2 64gb gold for no upfront fee and £33 a month!  Great I thought as I have been thinking about it for a while.  When I click on it, it tells me they are out of stock!!!  Yet if I proceed to order through the normal shop at £24.99 upfront and £38 a month I can have one!!!

So much for existing customer perks!!!!

Hi @Anonymous

How frustrating for you (though not unheard of sadly_:smileysad:

It may well be the shop website has not updated itself yet?

If you have concerns you could call customer services 202 contract or 4445 Payg

I thought ALL O2 Customers were supposed to be treated equally?   Do some get perks then?

O2 is supposed to be operating a fair deal for all policy, regardless of new or old customers.
CS is your best bet to resolve as the website is notorious for not updating stock levels accurately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Looks like one of the stores hasn't updated stock levels.

Fingers crossed it's the out of stock one and they are in stock.

As suggested call CS and they (Hopefully) should have up to date stock levels
