I've gone into my settings in the phone I've got my contract sum in which is only a old LG phone as my iPhone is locked to orange atm. Anyway it's asking me for the puk 2 code? I've tried using the puk code on my O2 app but it isn't working? Thanks

To get the PUK2 code you will need to contact customer service. If you use live chat then make sure they are aware that it is PUK2 you need not the PUK in My O2. Personally I would call.

You will need your unlock code from Orange/EE too.
