Proof of purchase for an insurance claim

I got burgled last Wednesday and one of the things they took was my old iphone 5.  I can't find the email confirmation from back then for the order. Is it possible to get it off o2?

p.s. I am no longer an o2 customer.

Thanks for the reply, I tried that but was put in a que that had the message that the waiting time was over 30 mins and they close at 9 so the call probably wouldn't be dealt with today so thought i'd ask on here.
