Problems with wifi partner

Anonymous
Not applicable

My local gym has free wifi via O2 but I'm having problems getting access - asks me to enter a code that was sent to my phone, only no matter how many times I try no text message ever comes through. I need to have wifi connection at gym, but not sure if this is an issue with O2 or something to bring up with my gym.

Ask at the gym if they are having any problems with it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I have that problem with Asda when I try to connect to their wifi to use their printer.

I usually get the texts a few hours later.

I know a few people who have the same problem.

I think it is a delay with the store and not related to the network.

Hi

might be daft but do you have mobile signal to get the SMS?

Or why not try a different o2 wifi hotspot.you only need to use the SMS code once to get signed up and then it should work in all the others. Try McDonalds as they have O2 wifi (but as a gym person you may not go into McD's
