Problem using Priority Moments in Currys

Anonymous
Not applicable

I tried to use the Priority Moments app in Currys today to buy an iPad. The offer is for £30 off a spend of £400 or more. The Terms & Conditions state that the offer excludes iPhones but makes no mention of other Apple products. The code failed as the Currys system claimed that it was invalid, and as the manager refused to give me a discount I didn't make the purchase.

I could find how to tweet O2 about this but I couldn't find any other way of reporting the problem. Just wondering if any one else has had a similar experience with Currys/PC World.

Hi there, I'd call cs on 202 of you're a contract customer and 4445 if you're on payg.!!

Although, I'm not 100% sure cs will be able to deal with priority, I'd definitely give it a shot!

If you have any problems with a voucher, or you find a voucher code doesn't work at the store or venue, tell the merchant or partner first – you'll find the details in the voucher small print. If the issue is still unresolved, you can contact us by emailing PriorityCustComplain@o2.com

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I used the Priority offer at PC World when buying the tablet with no problem,  however that was a Samsung. Maybe I pads are excluded too but try emailing to PCW as they are very quick to respond normally.

Hi there,

Leave it with me and I'll check with our Priority team if the code should have been accepted.

Thanks
