Really unhappy , can anyone help . I have filled in the form twice ( which i did not pass their security checks) and when i went onto live chat, a agent said he had done the request for me and the phone would be unlocked in 72 hours and alas still no unlocked phone !! i need it unlocked as going abroad and need to use my other sim . can anyone help ??

If none of the above works then you need to contact CS and speak to someone...(avoid live chat)

Is it an iPhone?
Just put a non o2 sim in and connect to iTunes.
