I have the same problem with my visit to see Muse not showing on that page.
I rang customer services but they just gave me Ticketmasters phone number and they obviously have no clue about this.
It seems no opne at O2 has a clue about this.

I see the Perks page has changed. Do the elusive 'Perks packs' no longer exist? Is it just a matter of flashing your phone at the staff to get into the fast-track lane/blueroom bar?

It does tell you on the perks page to text UPGRADE and the number in your party to 60202 but when I do this I get a message back saying.... "please check the keyword and try again - we don't recognise the service you are trying to request."
If you do contact support they do not know anything about the perks so whats the point. Infact last time they told me to ring Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster sell tickets its O2 who do O2 perks so why doesn't anyone in O2 know how to get it resolved?
Why tell you these things if they don't work.

As I said in my original message, I already contacted support and they did not have a clue about their own website. Neither did the Guru I spoke to, who was neither helpful nor polite.
Anyway, it doesn't matter now, I'll assume what's now on the Perks page is all there is to it. Thanks for your help.

I just tried texting UPGRADE2 and got the same message back, then tried UPGRADE 2 and still no luck. Pretty much going to give up now.
