PROBLEMS UPLOADING TO E-BAY

I have just spent hours trying to upload pictures to an E-bay advert, without success.  Three calls to the E-bay help line, eventually pointed the problem to "Error Code M005 - which is a "picture service server error".  In other words, an O2 mobile broadband problem!  As my problem was time-critical, I have just used a neighbours ISP and the pictures uploaded straight away.  This confirms that the problem lies with my O2 broadband! Can anyone at O2 support tell me what is wrong and why this ISP is preventing me from uploading pictures?

This is a consumer forum and official O2 input is infrequent.

 

I use ebay and I am a O2 broadband customer and have not problems uploading pictures. However, I do find it works better with Firefox than Chrome for some reason.

 

What makes you think that the picture servers are O2 side? I always thought that was to do with eBay

To contact O2 click "Contact us" at the bottom of any O2 page, and click the service you need, or wait for "Live Chat" to appear.
