PAC code

Anonymous
Not applicable

Lenard

I am getting more than a little upset now.  I have many times called services on 4445 and always get the same reply, ( my credit suffers then) I ask for a PAC code and the reply I get is the same every time. I always get # 50919077 which is 8 digits. The provider I wish to use requires 3 characters and 6 digits. So it seems I am stuck and not where I want to be !!  Can you sort this one out please. K.C.

Unfortunately Leonard left a long time ago.
You are being given a PUK so you must stress that you need a PAC to move networks when you call CS.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
