I ordered a sim only contract on this wed site and it's taking a while for someone to get back to me on wether I've to get it or not. What should I do?

I think you may have to click to agree terms if they ask you. Have they asked for a credit check

All new contracts require credit checks so unless it's an upgrade it will be required.
