Order tracking and lack of contact from 02

I ordered a product for click and collect a week ago (9th) and I recieved a text saying there was none in stock so to wait for a text telling me when they would be delivered, I was told the date would be 10th-16th. It is the 16th and I have no been contacted via text or email. When I try and view the tracker on My02 I get oops something went wrong and I can't access it

@Anonymous What phone did you order because if it is the Iphone 7 or plus models, there is currently a delay & a long queue of customers already waiting for their devices to be delivered.
