OFCOM To Auction MOD Spectrum - No Coverage Requirement

Given the controversy about so called "mobile notspots" why on earth are OFCOM not enforcing a minimum coverage requirement for these frequencies? ???

Because ofcom are spineless !!

Absolutely disgraceful in this day and age.....read this section in your link

Culture Secretary Sajid Javid said this week: "It can't be right that in a fifth of the UK, people cannot use their phones to make a call. The government isn't prepared to let that situation continue."

A fifth of the UK? ......And no concessions given for people who have to suffer this..:smileysad:
