O2Open was never applied

Hi, when I bought my phone about 3 months ago I rang to apply my o2open discount, i just checked now and it does not appear to have been applied to my phone. How would be best to get this applied to my phone now?

You need to call CS and explain and see if they can figure out why.
You are now past the deadline for getting it applied though unfortunately.
They may offer you a goodwill gesture though if it was their fault.

o2 open codes have had to be texted to o2 for the past 6mths, as when i upgraded CS gave me the format to text as they couldnt do it, and the same when i got a tablet a couple of months ago.

Did you text the code to o2 at all?

Texting work I can vouch for that but in store also is another option. After 3 months I doubt you will get it applied now...
