I hadn't followed the account migration and only took an interest when the first broadband bill arrived from Sky on 30Dec. (Didn't receive any letters or e-mails from Sky or O2). I called to query the bill amount and discussed the migration of e-mail accounts.
Unfortunately only the Primary E-mail address for the Broadband Account remains active, the secondary accounts remain active only for up to 5 days after broadband changeover.
Five days isn't long to switch over 5 years-worth of website accounts!
Reading through
it seems to be possible to setup a redirect for any new e-mail arriving. I'd like to do this for the Primary account and Secondary accounts. Anyone done this and how?

Hello, thanks,
I didn't fancy gmail or outlook.com so I registered a domain and setup the accounts with zoho.
Hogmanay was especially busy this year ...
But the 200MB Secondary BB Account holders have really been cast adrift by this process. The 20MB accounts and the 1000MB Account holders get a least 1 month notice to sort things out.
The 200MB accounts seem to get 5 days max. after SKY takes over the BB.
Seems to me the Secondary accounts are the ones in most need of the redirect.

Did you give them your new email address?
You can also see your bill in "My O2"
