There was a Westminster City Council press release in January suggesting O2 WiFi would be available throughout Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea in time for the Diamond Jubilee & the Olympics. Anyone know how the project is progressing ?
Thank you Perksie, but you've misunderstood the question. O2 have done a deal with the councils and the WiFi is going to be available everywhere, from lampposts and other street furniture. I'm just wondering if anyone knows when it's going to be available as the January press release suggested it would be before the Olympics.
This is mainly a customer based forum so unless o2 themselves publicly say switch on date we all know as much as you do.
