O2 Live chat ALWAYS offline?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi,

Is anybody else experiencing that live chat is always offline?
I have been trying to get on live chat since Friday! .. I actually ended up calling them on Monday, but I keep checking the online chat option, just because it frustrated me, and notice every time I look it's still offline?
Why would this be? It states live chat is between 7am - 11pm?

Thanks.

Oh? Yes, I'm in the UK.
Any ideas why this may be the case?

Hmmm that's very strange?

Thank you for the link MI5, however when I click it, it says this..
Chat key cookie does not match visitor chat key

Is there a way of me deleting the cache perhaps?

Yes, you can try clearing the cookies. If you are using chrome click on the lock symbol then "show Cookies" and clear the one for "liveperson"
