Hi, I'm trying to find the O2 live/web chat but all links I have found say:
"Sorry, we don’t have any Customer Services Advisors in Webchat at the moment."
It has been like this for a few days now.
Have they stopped this feature? I want to cancel my contract but can't be bothered to sit on the phone for half an hour+ while they try and fail to talk me out of it.

They won't unless you go through to retentions........it's quicker than several days waiting for Live chat.

Just click "Contact us" at the bottom of any O2 page, and "Email us" should change to "Live chat" if an operator is free.
I've just tried and it is working.

Webchat is definately still available. At the moment, you can only use webchat when advisors are available.
You can find out the different ways of contacting us by going to http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
If a webchat advisor isn't available, you can email us from that page, and we will get back to you within 24 hours

I sent an email on Tuesday and still haven't had a reply!
Try the Live chat.
