Whats the record for waiting for somebody to answer the phone at 02?

I advise it's best to ring in the evening or early morning.

Weekends and throughout the day with any Call-centre is always busy.

When I ring o2 I generally get answered within 2 minutes. It is rare to wait much longer except if you select the option to cancel your account.

O2 customer service and O2 business customer service are almost like two different companies..... Business customers service is awesome end of can't even begin to compare with consumer if O2 want to get something right they need all of there customers serve. To be like that.

I never have to wait more than 4 or 5 mins and I've had to ring quite a few times over the last month. Longest wait was 12 minutes but that was to the specialist bereavement line.

They're better than T-mobile- I once got so annoyed I hanged up -after around 15 minutes!

 

However there's no way to contact them from a non-02 mobile without phoning an 0844 number
