I've been suffering from a poor or non-existent signal at my home address (Post Code S25) for a few weeks and have been waiting patiently for maintenance work on the local masts to be completed. I was promised that this would cure my poor signal problem. I have been an O2 customer since 2009 and this is the first time I have had cause to complain. The (iPhone 3GS) phone works fine away from home - it is just in and around my home and garden! The mast maintenance work has now been completed but the signal strength is no better! Both my wife and I are with O2 and experience the same problem. My daughter is on Orange which works fine. It is unacceptable - I am giving everyone my mobile number only to find they can't contact me!

Contact o2 customer service and tell them that the maintenance did not cure the issue.
Is this on 3g and 2g or just one type?
