Upgraded to iphone 5s yesterday. All up & running brilliantly on wifi but still no O2 service afer 24hrs?

Ok. did the simswap and all up & running now. Thanks to all for your help and advice. Slap wrist carphone warehouse!!

If you have performed the sim swap then try turning airplane mode on and off to reset the connection to the network.

Also check your service status via your postcode just in case theirs a mast issue.

They should have done I assume you've tried turning the phone on and off if so you may need to contact O2 via a landline or a friends O2 phone and see what's going on 0844 809 0202
