I finally spoke with an O2 advisor, the usual flannel, remove your SIM card, clean it, blah,blah!!...She took my details and has passed the problem to their technical department...hmmmm, wonder if I will ever hear from their tech dept!, probably not and I don't expect too either!
ho-hum, things are just like they were 10 years ago with 56k dial up internet, constant problems with none of the providers admitting any responsibility!
Will keep you all informed, unless my Orange 3G takes a dive, then I'm stuffed!
