I have followed instruction in text from open to get my NHS ! I keep getting a text advising the mobile number is invalid?
Called customer services and they advised me to try again which I did, but got the same text saying mobile number invalid!
Can anyone help??

It sounds as if the number porting from EE could be the issue. Probably not recognised as yet by O2's systems?

Also what tariff are you on? Some aren't eligible for Open...Have a look at these exceptions

Pay & Go, any non O2 Refresh tariffs, sharer plans or business accounts

Is this a new number or have you changed from P&G or ported your number in.

It may take a couple of days for the number to register as an O2 number.

Hi, yeah followed the instructions to the T, its is an new refresh pay monthly contract, I bought the phone online on Sunday just gone and received it Monday! I am porting number in from EE
