I have a Lumia 820 - On the 02 Network and have not recived the Denim Update What's happening ?

The latest O2 release is Cyan so it's not staggered at all yet.

Usually when an update is released by the Network it is a staggered rollout. Keep checking your phones update settings is the best way.
