Usually when you come onto the o2 website,live chat pounce on you asking if they can help with anything.

Well I came on to chat to live help regarding my account and it seems they still searching for an available agent. Cant get through on their phone  and since I am not using my o2 number,being charged to call them,therefore I cant afford to stay in the Que till they answer my call.Wondering if they having technical issues with their live chat???

Ask your question here,  far more knowledge and sense than live chat.

Anyone else having problems getting onto the www.o2.co.uk/repairs?

 

I'm getting a time out message;

selfserve.o2repairtracking.co.uk took too long to respond.
