Not applicable

Hi

My wife received a text to say o2 were upgrading the signal and may experince some disruption, i am a business user and rely on my phone yet never received a text and have now been without a signal for 4 days. This is affecting my business, how long do i expect this to continue and will o2 users get a reimbursement for the inconvenience?

@Anonymous regarding compensation it is something you will need to discuss with customer services. They do have clauses in their terms that advise that they cannot guarantee availability of services at all times, including during their planned maintenance periods (which a mast upgrade is), however you too should have been notified where possible.

Worth a call to them to explain the impact it is having to see if they are willing to offer anything (NB: They are not obliged to offer anything, so anything gained will be a good will gesture)

My area was on and off for about 3 weeks whilst they upgraded the masts, but it may vary.
Try rebooting the phone now and again to see if there has been any changes.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Normally they will offer goodwill gestures for the days you are without service as they can check your usage. As @PhoneChanger says, they aren't obliged too but if you don't get satisfaction when you call, then call again. It's free anyway though Live Chat cannot offer anything....
