What you need to do is save them to your C drive - This will be the biggest space on your laptop.
If you look in there you should already see a folder called "My Pictures". You can save them all in there or make sub folders to keep them organised....

thank you MI5 = good advice :womanvery-happy:

I reckon I've got this 'photos from disc to laptop' 75% of the time

A serious question:

do I mark this thread as solution accepted?

& of course some kudos to you & jonsie

& then start a new thread ie because I want to know how to post a photo from my laptop to O2C/email/facebook

thank you again Thanks!

Once you have successfully transferred your pictures you can mark it solved.
Picture posting would be best in a new thread as it is a different process to copying them in the first place slight_smile

Off-topic would normally be the place to post it @Anonymous slight_smile

And yet @jonsie  when Jane was looking for help with another computer related issue we had her thread moved  to Other Products and Services (I believe) as it was deemed that it was a technology issue ...and could help others looking for similar advice.

I think Adam was instrumental in supporting me in getting it moved....
