Just heard about this, having been on a call with customer services.
Apparently this REPLACES BTOpenzone and The Cloud. Just checked for hotspots where I live (none for 15 miles!) and the route I take to work once of the train (none on the way).
Are there any details on how this is going to be expanded? At the moment I feel like I've just signed up to lose functionality.

No - it is only The Cloud that has gone and you can still use their free Hotspots but you will have to re register.
I think some CS have not got it into their head that O2 Wifi replaces both.

only replaces the cloud bt openzone are still included.
And most of thecloud are free to use like mcdonalds

i depended on the cloud as there is no bt openzone or o2 wifi (store) near me what so ever so now i have to use 3g now not impressed :smileymad:

I recently attempted to log on to O2 wifi and was told I wasn't entitled to use the service! Any idea as to why?
