HTC ONE M9 Dot View Case

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi guys,

When I bought my new HTC ONE M9 from O2 I added the Dot View Case, there seems to be a flaw in the manufacture of the case as it rips at the seams after very little time and even with careful use (see hundreds of complaints on product page on amazon).

I left a review on O2 shop on the product, a while back, but reviews being moderated aparently my review wasn't allowed through, nor anyone bothered to contact.

I'm wondering who can help me solve this issue? Would be happy with a different cover replacement (or new version of the same if the vulnerability has been fixed, dot view is amazing) or a refund of the cover price.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Kind regards,

David

You should contact CS in the first instance to see if they offer you a replacement or refund http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I would think about contacting HTC, maybe you will get an alternative or improved case through them.
