RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING MY ORDER FOR A SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 FOLIO BUNDLE FOR £19.99 HAS BEEN PROCESSED YET I DIDNT ORDER THIS NOW O2 ARE SAYING THAT THEY CANT CANCEL DUE TO IT BEEN PROCESSED AND I AM TO REFUSE DELIVERY AND MY MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED! WHAT CAN BE DONE!!! REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS MAYBE! I AM FUMING

Just to eliminate the obvious, does someone else at home have access to a computer that you use that you might have had the password saved on there?
Edit: and I was just about to add the same thing about the my02 app....

nope havent clicked anything all ive clicked on is my data usage and bill date. he is saying i opted for a bundle when i ordered my phone wich was on saturday. i was never offered a bundle over the phone and if that was the case why would it say i placed the order today at 15:39?!

This sounds very peculiar to me. If the OP is convinced they didn't order it and they seem quite sure ...I would be contacting the Fraud Dept asap (as already advised). Very worrying indeed...:smileysad:
