I've put in the code a lot of times but I still don't get the premium service. I do have O2 so I don't know why it's not working

Try deleting the app and go again

You could also try calling cs on 202 to have your account checked.

Someone else reported an issue today with getting the premium code, so there is maybe an issue at the moment. I suggested they called CS to see if they could help in any way http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
